New Voicemail option

We have introduced a new voicemail option for Deaf and hearing impaired persons whereby callers will not have the option to leave a voicemail. The new option allows callers to get a message to leave a SMS when you do not answer your phone or your phone is off.
This voicemail option is only available to registered Deaf and hearing impaired customers.

Customers with communication barriers (Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf, hearing impaired, Deafblind and speech impaired) who prefer to not use voice calls shouldn't have to pay for unnecessary voice costs.

Therefore we have monthly contract deals consisting of only data and SMS.
