The NRS is available to registered Vodacom Post-paid and Pre-paid customers who are hearing- and speech impaired and Deaf persons using SA Sign Language.

The NRS enables you to contact hearing people of  3rd parties such as businesses or organisations and family and friends. You can now do this on your own without asking someone for assistance.

New Voicemail option

We have introduced a new voicemail option for Deaf and hearing impaired persons whereby callers will not have the option to leave a voicemail. The new option allows callers to get a message to leave a SMS when you do not answer your phone or your phone is off.
This voicemail option is only available to registered Deaf and hearing impaired customers.
