1. What do these video services have to do with Vodacom?

We’ve partnered with a myriad of OTT video streaming services which offers you a wide selection to choose from.

With the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., the list goes on... so go on, get your binge on!

2. How do I get a video service on my Vodacom account?

Simple! Each OTT video service selection will show either the charge-to-bill option which is "Pay with Vodacom" in order to add the charge to your Vodacom bill. Alternatively, you may select “More Payment Options” to select a different payment option. Example: credit/debit card.

3. How do I cancel my video subscription?

Sorry to hear that... We would love for you to stay but you can easily cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, call Vodacom Customer Care on 082 135 and a friendly agent will assist you.

4. Do I need data or WiFi?

Yes, you’ll need a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 to 10Mbps. You can use WiFi and/or data, it’s up to you. You can still control how much data you use by choosing different streaming qualities on our partner platforms.

5. What is streaming and downloading?

‘Streaming’ means watching videos using the internet and this requires data (WiFi or mobile data). The amount of data used can be controlled by choosing from the different streaming-quality settings available on our partner platforms.

Downloading a show on your mobile or tablet device allows you to watch offline. This will save the content on your device so you can watch it later when you’re ready.

6. Which payment methods are available?

To pay for your premium services, these payment options are available:
