All Vodacom mobile customers may add a Tinder subscription to their Vodacom account or airtime.
The customer must have a positive sufficient airtime in their airtime wallet or account to subscribe to the service.
The SIM must not be registered as a CHILD SIM.
The customer must be older than 18 years to use the Tinder application.

No, you can only have one subscription at a time.

You will still be able to subscribe using your Vodacom account or airtime even though you have an existing subscription, however subscribing through Vodacom does not automatically cancel your existing subscription. You will need to cancel your existing subscription.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use your Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold subscription for the remaining days you paid for.

Please note:

• Deleting the Tinder app from your mobile phone does not cancel your Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold subscription. You must follow the steps provided below to stop future payments successfully.
• Cancelling a subscription does not retroactively refund any subscription payments, and previously paid subscription fees cannot be prorated based on your cancellation date.

No, Tinder is content block exempt. You will still be able to subscribe to Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold using your Vodacom account or airtime if you have a content block activated on your mobile number.

Vodacom will not be able to refund a Tinder purchase/subscription.
