Here’s how much you could pay to fix your device with no insurance.
If you’ve cracked your screen, we’ll repair or replace it.
In case accidental damage occurs to your touchscreen, we have you covered.
You’re covered for any water damage on any of your devices.
If a little accident happens with your camera, we’ll fully repair it.

Lost or stolen cellphones are replaced within 48 hours through our nationwide network.
You can choose whether to insure your device comprehensively (loss, theft and damage) or just for damage.
Premiums are based on the value of your device and start from as little as R20.

If your device is lost or stolen
BLACKLIST THE DEVICE
Dial 082 135 to blacklist your device. This blocks the device and prevents it from being used by someone else.
SUBMIT A CLAIM

TRACK YOUR CLAIM
To stay up to date with your claim call 082 1952.
PAY THE EXCESS AND GET A NEW DEVICE
If your claim is approved, you pay an excess fee, subject to our T&Cs. We then replace your device with a new device of the same or similar type or a good-as-new device of the same type.
Everything you need to know…
Your cover starts immediately
• If you choose to add insurance when upgrading / buying a new device instore, you be covered as soon as your purchase is complete and you will leave the store insured.
• If you phone Finrite to activate the cover, your cover is activated as soon as the application is completed.
• If you send an email to Finrite, they will phone you back to complete the application. The cover is activated as soon as the application is completed.
• If you receive a phone call from an insurance sales agent, your cover is activated as soon as the application is completed.
Yes, the policy only covers the insured Device(s), used TOGETHER WITH the Vodacom SIM Card listed on your attached policy schedule.
