Your first bill usually includes pro-rata charges, covering the period from your connection date to your first billing cycle, plus the full month ahead. Your bill will normalize from the second month onward.
Your invoice may reflect additional usage, subscription charges, or administrative fees that are not included in your standard plan.
You can view your current outstanding balance by logging in to the My Vodacom portal or VodaPay App under ‘Billing’ or ‘Account Summary’, or request the amount via Customer Care or USSD.
Your account number is displayed on your invoice or statement. Use it without dashes when making payments.
Annual price increases may apply to your plan in line with Vodacom’s terms and conditions. Any adjustment is communicated in advance and is applied to your monthly subscription from the effective date of the increase.
