Discounted Bonus Bundles

Terms and Condition

  1. Discounted Bonus bundles (Voice & Data) will be available for all Postpaid and Hybrid price plans on the VodaPay APP, online, USSD and also outbound call centres.
  2. Discounted Bonus Bundles are recurring bundles and are allocated and charged for on the 1st of every calendar month after activation.
  3. You will be able to purchase or change your Discounted Bonus Bundles using the below channels:
    1. The VodaPay App
    2. Online
    3. USSD
  4. If a Discounted Bonus bundle is activated mid-month, the bundle and the associated cost will be pro-rated according to the day of the month. The full allocation will take place on the 1st of the next month.
  5. When you migrate from one price plan to another and you have an active discounted Bonus Bundle(s), you will maintain the discounted Bonus Bundle(s). This includes migration(s) with a downward migration and migration(s) with an upward migration.
  6. When you migrate from a postpaid price plan to a hybrid price plan and have an active discounted Bonus Bundle(s), you will maintain the discounted Bonus Bundle(s).
  7. When you migrate from a postpaid price plan to a hybrid price plan and have an active discounted Bonus Bundle(s), you will maintain the discounted Bonus Bundle(s).
  8. Discounted Bonus Bundle(s) will be removed when you upgrade. This includes Upgrade(s) with a downward migration and Upgrade(s) with an upward migration.
  9. Data transfer will apply to Discounted Bonus Bundles, whereby you have the ability to transfer the bundle to other Vodacom customers. Please visit the data transfer terms and conditions for full details: Data Transfer Terms and Conditions | Vodacom
  10. Discounted Bonus bundles can only be cancelled via Vodacom’s call centre by calling 082135.
  11. You can have both a discounted Bonus Voice or Data bundle and a recurring open market Voice or Data bundle active simultaneously.
  12. Only one recurring instance of any of the discounted Bonus bundle can be activated per line at any time i.e. a single discounted Bonus Voice and/or Data bundles can be active on an account at a time.
  13. You can have both a discounted Bonus Voice or Data bundle active as well as a Once-Off Bonus bundle (1 Day, 7 Day and 30-Day bundle) active simultaneously.
  14. A Discounted Bonus bundle can be added to either an Integrated or Data Mobile Broadband Contract.
  15. A Discounted Bonus Voice bundle will be valid for calls to any network anytime but do not apply to VoIP calls.
  16. Discounted Bonus bundles will be allocated on the 1st of the month and will be valid for 60 calendar days and will be offered as recurring only.
  17. Discounted Bonus Data bundles do not include Night Owl data allocations.
  18. All Discounted Bonus bundles are for local use only and do not apply to roaming usage.
