Terms and Conditions:

1. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd and Vodacom Payment Services (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is giving you the opportunity to enter the “100VB” Promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby you stand a chance to receive 100 VodaBucks that can be banked on VodaPay, also referred to as the “100VB Reward”.
2. These terms and conditions shall govern your participation in the Promotion.
3. Duration:
   • The Promotion will run from 17 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
   • The Promotion Period may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of Vodacom upon reasonable notice.
4. Eligibility and Participation:
   • You will automatically be eligible to participate in the Promotion if:
     • you have not downloaded and / or registered for the VodaPay application (the “VodaPay App”) prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period;
     • you have opted in to the VodaBucks Loyalty Program prior to downloading the VodaPay App and comply with the VodaBucks terms and conditions (available here);
     • you meet all the requirements to register and open a wallet within the VodaPay App (the “Wallet”) as per the VodaPay Platform - Terms | Vodacom.
   • During the Promotion Period and once you have met the requirements set out in section 1 above, you will receive an SMS and/or a message on the VodaPay App or you will be contacted directly by Vodacom, either through SMS, social media or any other platform, inviting you to participate in the Promotion.
   • You must meet the criteria listed in section 1 to potentially receive the 100VB Reward.
   • The 100VB Reward must be banked on the VodaPay App before midnight on the next Friday of that respective week in which the 100VB Reward was received. Failing which, your 100VB Reward will be forfeited and will follow the standard VodaBucks terms and conditions.
   • Employees, directors and agents of Vodacom and all participating stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, management, or marketing of the Promotion are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. Rewards
   • You are only eligible to receive one 100VB Reward for the duration of the Promotion Period.
   • You will be advised of your 100VB Reward by SMS and/or a message in the VodaPay App.
   • Take note, the 100VB Reward is communicated as a limited stock offering; only a fixed number of 100VB Rewards may be redeemed for the Promotion Period.
   • The 100VB Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants.
   • This maximum number of 100 VB Rewards available may be changed at any time at the discretion of Vodacom during the Promotion Period.
6. Personal Information
   • Vodacom respects the right to privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Vodacom will only use your personal information for the purposes of the Promotion as stated in these terms and conditions and in accordance with Vodacom’s Privacy Policy available on, http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy.
   • You hereby acknowledge and agree that Vodacom may share your personal information with select third parties identified by Vodacom from time to time solely for the purpose of executing the Promotion and / or the 100VB Reward.
7. General
   • By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions as may be updated and / or amended from time to time.
   • You acknowledge and agree that Vodacom reserves the right to:
     • suspend this Promotion in the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent usage, outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non-commercial use;
     • suspend and / or cancel this Promotion on reasonable notice; and / or
     • change and / or expand on these terms and conditions and will provide reasonable notice of any material changes prior to such change as and when the circumstances permit.
   • Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participant or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
   • Vodacom’s decision on any aspect of the Promotion, including the allocation of a 100VB Reward will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the Promotion and / or the terms and conditions, Vodacom’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • Vodacom may refuse to issue the 100VB Reward if these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
   • Vodacom and / or any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming a 100VB Reward.
   • Vodacom, its directors, employees, agents, and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any 100VB Reward nor in respect of any warranties, guarantees or undertakings given by any person other than Vodacom itself.
   • If Vodacom is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Promotion or to terminate it because of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Promotion being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and its associated companies, agents, contractors and / or sponsors.
   • All information relating to the Promotion which is published on any marketing material will form part of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
