You can view all active Value Added Services (VAS) and content subscriptions via:

  • USSD: Dial *135# > Services > Content Services > View Active Subscriptions.
  • VodaPay App: My Account > Manage Subscriptions.
  • SMS: Send “STATUS” to 31050

How do I stop or unsubscribe from unwanted content services?

To cancel specific or all subscriptions:

  • USSD: Dial *135*997# and choose Unsubscribe All or individual services.
  • SMS: Send “STOP ALL” to 31050. A confirmation SMS will be sent once cancelled.

How do I link my Amazon Prime Video or Showmax to my Vodacom bill?

If your plan includes a streaming promotion:

  1. Wait for the activation SMS from Vodacom.
  2. Open the link to the Vodacom Entertainment portal.
  3. Log in with your Vodacom number and create/link your streaming account.

The subscription fee will be billed to your Vodacom account or deducted from airtime.

I see subscriptions or add ons I did not request. What should I do?

These may be WASP or VAS subscriptions. You may request a review, dispute the charges, or cancel the services.

Manage content services in VodaPay App

If you want to look at and manage all your content services on one platform, you can use the VodaPay App. After logging in, tap on the “My account” button on the home tab. In the “Manage” section, select the “Manage services” icon, then tap “Content services.

Here you will see all your current subscriptions to WASP services, V-Live, and add to bill services. You can choose to deactivate individual services or deactivate them all. There is also an option to block all future content services from being added to your account.
