CAMPAIGN SUMMARY
Vodacom will gift a R300 or R500 Sorbet digital voucher to Customers who upgrade or sign-up to a Vodacom deal during the deal period 7th May – 9th June 2025.
The free voucher offer will be available to Customers who upgrade or sign-up to any of the below devices during the above deal-period:

Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is material, Vodacom will provide you with reasonable prior written notice before implementing such change.
REDEMPTION OF THE REWARD
- Upon verification and activation of a Customer’s upgrade or new contract sign-up , the qualifying Customer will receive communication in the form of an SMS to the activated Vodacom contract number.
- The qualifying Customer will receive their SMS containing the Sorbet digital voucher within 24 (Twenty-Four) – 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after they upgrade or sign-up for the qualifying deal during the deal-period.
- Vodacom reserves the right to extend or curtail the promotional period for any reason deemed valid.
THE SORBET DIGITAL VOUCHER IS GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The digital voucher is valid for 3 (three) years from date of issue.
- Based on the qualifying device, the customer’s vouchers will be provided in either of the following denominations:
- R500 (Five Hundred Rand)
- R300 (Three Hundred Rand)
- For in-store redemptions, Sorbet will only accept Sorbet digital vouchers in the form of an SMS. The customer must present the SMS in a Sorbet Store at till point and present a South African ID or Driver’s license.
- The Customer will be required to present the Sorbet digital voucher as payment for their Sorbet purchases.
- The Sorbet digital voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- No cashback will be given as change.
- The Sorbet digital voucher cannot be replaced.
- The Sorbet digital voucher value will remain until the balance is either depleted or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first.
- Purchases will be deducted from the amount until the value reaches zero.
- The Sorbet digital voucher can be used at all Sorbet Branches.
- These branches are Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Drybar, Sorbet Nail bar, Sorbet Man, Sorbet Skin venues or standalone Candi & Co. nationwide.
- The Customer can check their remaining balance at any till point in a Sorbet store.
- The Sorbet digital voucher is redeemable for treatments and/or products offered by Sorbet up to the value of the Sorbet digital voucher.
- The Sorbet digital voucher may not be used to make payments into any Sorbet Accounts, Clicks Accounts / loans, visa or master card accounts; utility accounts; Sorbet Man nor Candy & Co Stores).
- Qualifying Customers will receive their SMS containing the Sorbet digital voucher within 24 (Twenty-Four) to 48 (Forty-Eight) hours post their upgrade or sign-up.
- The Sorbet digital vouchers are subject to Sorbet’s regular terms and conditions, which are subject to change, unless otherwise specified in this section.
GENERAL
- User data collected via the Promotion will not be used for any other purpose than for the execution of the Promotion only.
- User data collected via entry to this Promotion will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with Vodacom's Privacy Policy, http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy.
- Should a qualifying customer not receive an SMS containing the Sorbet digital voucher or have deleted the SMS, please contact 087 057 1255 for verification and for Vodacom to resend the unique promotional SMS. The original issue date of the SMS will apply.
- The Sorbet digital voucher will be awarded to the Vodacom number that was upgraded.
- This Promotion is only open to natural persons 18 (Eighteen) years and older.
- Neither Vodacom nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors, and any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming the gift card.
- Vodacom reserves the right to terminate the Promotion immediately and without notice if the Promotion is held to be or becomes unlawful. In such event, all Customers hereby waive any rights which they may have against Vodacom and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Vodacom.
- In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, Vodacom's decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
- Vodacom may refuse to give any Sorbet digital voucher if the qualifying procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. Vodacom is entitled in its entire discretion to reject /withhold any digital gift card for any reason and will not be obliged to notify customers that they are rejected.
