    This is a brand-new feature where you can spend your VodaBucks at selected partner stores. It’s a quick and easy way to get more value from your rewards.

    Yes. You can pay part of your purchase with VodaBucks and the rest with cash, card or any other accepted payment method.

    You can spend VodaBucks in store 2 times per day. If you create a wiCode but don’t scan it, it won’t count towards your daily limit.

    You can return items purchased with VodaBucks. Any refunds for items purchased with VodaBucks will be processed in VodaBucks.

    Each wiCode is valid for 2 hours from the time you create it. If it expires, the VodaBucks will be added back to your balance and you’ll need to create a new wiCode in order to complete your purchase.

    Yes, you can cancel a wiCode on the VodaPay app. Once cancelled, the VodaBucks will be added back to your balance.

    No, wiCodes are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

    Earn in Store

      Earn in Store is a feature that allows customers to earn Vodabucks when they make purchases at participating stores, when using their Vodabucks to pay for their full/portion of their bill in store.

      Vodabucks are earned based on the Vodabucks value you spend in store.

      No, Vodabucks are only earned when you spend your banked Vodabucks in selected participating partner store. Purchases made with cash, card, or other payment methods do not qualify for Vodabucks earnings.

      Customers earn 10% of their Vodabucks back on the Vodabucks spent in participating Partner stores.

      No, this feature is only available when a customer spends their Vodabucks at selected  Partner stores – it is also only available in store, and not any online purchases.

      Vodabucks earned in store are instantaneous or within 24 hours. Check your balance on the Vodapay app or on USSD by dialling *135#.

      Yes, as long as you pay with Vodabucks in store, you can earn Vodabucks even on discounted items.

      If you return an item, the VodaBucks earned from that transaction will be reversed. You will receive a partial refund in VodaBucks, slightly less than what you originally spent, to account for the VodaBucks you earned.
