Terms and Conditions

1. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom “Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign” (the “Campaign”). During this period, Customers who upgrades or signs up for a Vodacom post-paid contract with one of the participating smartphones will receive a FREE Gift. This Campaign runs from the 7^th November – 8^th December 2025.
2. All Customers during the outlined period of the Campaign agree to be bound by the Summer Campaign’s Terms and Conditions. https://voda.com/summer-2025
3. FREE Gifting Allocation:

3.1. The amount/value of the FREE Gift varies by smartphone model and manufacturer.

4. Campaign Eligibility:

4.1 This Campaign is available to both new post-paid lines and upgrade contracts as outlined above.

2025/6 Vodacom “Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign”

Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom “Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign” (the “Campaign”) where Customers will receive a FREE gift when upgrading/signing up to a Vodacom contract offering one of the participating selected qualifying handsets, from 7^th November – 8^th December 2025.

The FREE Gift varies by smartphone model and manufacturer.

1. All Customers during the term of the Campaign agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. The Vodacom Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign enables a Customer to receive a FREE Gift when they upgrade to a new smartphone or new line out of the allocated Summer Focus Device list during the Campaign period while instore:

3. The in-store FREE Gift must be issued during the sign-up / upgrade process strictly in-store at the time of upgrade or sign-up to qualifying handsets during the Campaign period.
4. The Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign:
   1. The FREE Gift must be redeemed instore at the time of upgrade or taking up a new contract.
   2. The FREE Gift is only allocated to the Summer Focus Device list.
   3. The FREE Gift cannot be redeemed or swopped for cash.
   4. The FREE Gift is not transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, Campaigns and/or vouchers.
   5. The FREE Gift can only be redeemed against one spend per deal. i.e: allocated Summer Focus Device list.
   6. The FREE Gift does NOT apply to double lines deals.
5. Customer cannot take up alternative FREE Gift/accessory that is not called-out at the time of redemption of the in-store Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign; as the FREE Gift is only valid at the time of upgrade / sign up during the mentioned deal-period.
6. The FREE Gift called-out is only valid during the campaign period mentioned above for the allocated / qualifying smartphones from the Summer Focus Device list.
7. Subject to availability of the specified smartphone/post-paid deal :-
   1. Customer cannot request an extension on the FREE Gift.
8. Customers cannot use the Post-Paid In-store FREE Gifting Campaign to purchase alternative handsets, accessories, gaming, laptops, tablets, airtime and data.
9. Should a Customer return, or swap the handset, Customers are then required to return all FREE Gifts that were redeemed at the time of the initial purchase before they can swap out or return stock
10. Should Customers fail in doing so they will not be awarded the Post-Paid In-store FREE Gift of the new purchase.
