Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services Promotional Offer Summary

These additional terms and conditions shall only apply to the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Reduced Monthly Subscription promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”). In the provision of the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services, Vodacom has partnered with 3rd Party Licensee Network Providers that provide the Electronic Communications Network through which Vodacom offers the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services. Accordingly, the Promotional Offer shall be available through the following 3^rd Party Licensee Network Providers:

· Vodacom

· Frogfoot;

· MFN ;

· Octotel;

· Openserve and

· Vumatel;

The Promotional Offer consists of:

• Reduced monthly subscription charges for new and existing Subscribers (“Qualifying Subscribers”) that sign up for Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services on a 24-month fixed-term agreement. The reduced monthly subscription charges shall be effective from the date of the Subscriber’s activation and will remain in effect for a period of twenty-four (24) months only (“Effective Promotional Period”). At the culmination of the Effective Promotional Period, the Subscriber shall be liable for the subscription charges that are applicable for the price plan that relates to their Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services.
• Reduced monthly subscription charges for new Subscribers (“Qualifying Subscribers”) that sign up for Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services on a Month-to-Month or 12-month fixed-term agreement. The reduced monthly subscription charges shall be effective from the date of the Subscriber’s activation and will remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months only (“Effective Promotional Period”). At the culmination of the Effective Promotional Period, the Subscriber shall be liable for the subscription charges that are applicable for the price plan that relates to their Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services.
• Reduced monthly subscription charges for existing Subscribers (“Qualifying Subscribers”) that sign up for Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services on a 12-month fixed-term agreement. The reduced monthly subscription charges shall be effective from the date of the Subscriber’s activation and will remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months only (“Effective Promotional Period”). At the culmination of the Effective Promotional Period, the Subscriber shall be liable for the subscription charges that are applicable for the price plan that relates to their Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services.

Qualifying Subscribers are required to place their orders for Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services from 06 August 2025 to 31 October 2025, both days inclusive. For the avoidance of doubt, the Effective Promotional Period shall be calculated from the date that the Promotional Offer is activated.

Vodacom Fibre Broadband Reduced Monthly Subscription Promotional Terms and Conditions

2. The following additional Terms and Conditions apply for the Promotional Offer:

2.1 The Promotional Offer is subject to a successful credit vetting and conclusion of a fixed-term Subscriber agreement;

2.2 Subscribers that sign-up for Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services on a month-to-month fixed-term agreement do not qualify for the Promotional Offer;

2.3 The Promotional Offer shall be applied on a pro-rata basis;

2.4 The reduced monthly subscription charges shall be pro-rated, depending on the activation date of the Subscriber’s Promotional Offer; that is, the customer will be billed less the discount value from the billing activation date until the exhaustion of the Effective Promotional Period; and

2.5 The extent of the reduced monthly charges shall be specific to each of the 3^rd Party Licensee Network Providers to which the Promotional Offer has been extended. The applicable reduced monthly charges for each of the 3^rd Party Licensee Network Providers are set out in the table below:

* 25/25Mbps and 55/25Mbps is available to new installation customers only
