Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November Promotion Summary
These additional terms and conditions that are set out below shall apply to the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November promotional offer for an option to purchase specific additional devices as set out in 2.3 below in conjunction with the activation of a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service order (“Add on Deal Promotional Offer”). The Add on Deal Promotional Offer shall be made available to New and Existing (Renewals included) Fibre subscribers that order (or already have a service) and subsequently activate (or are existing); a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service from 7th November 2025 to 7th December 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November Add on Deal Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
2.1 The Add on Deal Promotional Offer can be activated in conjunction with the following Fibre offers on existing services:
2.1.1 New orders, Existing Orders, Migrations, Contract Renewals and Relocations of the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service.
2.2 Vodacom reserves the right to amend the terms of the Add on Deal Promotional Offer as required at any time during the Promotional Period. Such amendments will be duly communicated to the channels and customers and be available on the Vodacom website.
2.3 The deals and devices to which the Add on Deal Promotional Offer relates are as follows:

2.4 The subscriber can select multiple Add on Deal Promotion Offers per Order but with 1 Category per order.
For clarity: 1 TV and 1 PS5 per Fibre Order can be selected. But 2 TVs and 1 PS5 cannot be selected. It is multiple categories per order with 1 device type per order. This is to ensure there are no credit vetting declines. The customer can first complete an Add on Deal Promotion Offer and then submit a new order for an Add on Deal Promotion Offer, subject to successful credit vetting.
2.5 The TV Add on Deal Promotional Offer is subject to successful credit vetting and the subscriber being an existing fibre customer or entering a new fibre contract on any contract term. The customer must have a valid TV license to be eligible to purchase a TV Add on Deal Promotional Offer.
For Clarity: The customer can be an existing or new customer on any contract term. The TV deal can be on a 24 month or 36 month contract and this runs independently of the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service contract term.
2.6 The TV Add on Deal Promotional Offer has a specific voucher redemption process that the customer will need to follow to have the TV delivered.
For clarity: Vodacom will deliver a voucher to the customer and upon confirmation of a valid TV license and redemption of the TV voucher, the supplier will deliver the TV to the customer.
For the avoidance of doubt, the onus is on the customer to ensure they have a valid TV license prior to purchasing the TV Add on Deal Promotional Offer.
2.7 The Add on Deal Promotional Offer on the other deals and devices (PS5, Deco and SIMs) is subject to successful credit vetting and the subscriber being existing or entering a contract for a period of either twenty-four (24)-months, 12 months or a month to month contract for a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service.
For Clarity: To be eligible for the Add on Deal Promotional Offers the order must be an existing or New Vodacom Fibre Broadband order on any contract term. The Add on Deal Promotional offer can be on a 24 month or 36 month contract and this runs independently of the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service Contract term.
2.8 The subscriber will be required to sign up for a separate contract for the purchase of the additional device on either a twenty-four (24)-month or thirty-six (36)-month contract term as indicated in the table above. A separate invoice will be sent to the customer for the Add on Deal Promotional Offer.
2.9 The availability of the deal device is subject to stock availability, and Vodacom does not guarantee that the device shall be available at the point of sale, or upon creating the order or after the subscriber’s order has been approved.
2.10 Should a device not be available, Vodacom shall contact the customer to offer an alternative device. If an alternative is not acceptable to the subscriber, the cost of the additional device shall be excluded from the Add on Deal Promotional Offer, and the subscriber shall only be liable for the costs associated with the activation of a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service.
2.11 The current terms and conditions relating to Vodacom Terminals Processes (available at: https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/terms-and-conditions ) and that addresses device delivery, device warranty and cancellations shall be applicable to the additional device that is available as part of the Add on Deal Promotional Offer.
2.12 The terms and conditions for the cancellation of Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services (including provisions that relate to clawbacks) are applicable to the additional devices that are taken up as part of the Add on Deal Promotional Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, if a subscriber cancels their services prior to their activation and/or after an order has been activated and the additional device has been delivered and received by the subscriber, the subscriber shall be liable for the costs of the balance of contract for the Vodacom Fibre Broadband service and the residual costs of the additional device.
2.13 Vodacom will monitor the Add-on Deal Promotional Offers and the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service to verify that each Add-on Deal Promotional Offer is linked to an active Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service contract. Customers may enter Add-on Deal Promotional Offers with contract terms that differ from the associated Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service contract. However, the validity of any Add-on Deal Promotional Offer is conditional upon the successful installation and activation of the associated Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service. Should a customer cancel the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service contract at any stage prior to installation or activation, Vodacom reserves the right to cancel any associated Add-on Deal Promotional Offer. In such cases, the customer shall be liable to immediately pay the full outstanding value of the Add-on Deal Promotional Offer, calculated over its full contract term.
2.14 Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is material, Vodacom shall provide reasonable prior written notice.
