Vodacom South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) may at any time and at its sole discretion issue you with voucher codes (the “Vouchers”) to enable you access the E-School Premium Service (the “Service”) free of charge. In order to redeem the Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which Vodacom reserves the right to unilaterally amend without prior notice to you.
The Voucher will be distributed in marketing material published by Vodacom or its agents.
The Voucher will be offered to you free of charge.
The Voucher will consist of a code that you can redeem on the Platform.
The Voucher validity will be stipulated on the Voucher and/or marketing material. After the expiry of the Voucher, you will be required to pay the required fee to access the Platform.
You may not transfer the Voucher to someone else and it may not be exchanged for money.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Platform terms and conditions as set out on the Service Terms and Conditions.
