Terms and Conditions
The Vodacom e-School Premium Service (“the Service”) is a sub-set of services within the Vodacom e-School platform that includes live lessons in English, Mathematics and Science for Grades 10 to 12 that can be accessed on a subscription basis only. These terms and conditions apply to the Vodacom-e-School Premium Service and must be read in conjunction with the Vodacom e-school Terms and Conditions. Please do not subscribe to the Vodacom e-School Premium Service if you do not agree with the following additional terms and conditions: You can subscribe to the Vodacom e-School Premium Service at the price of R3 daily, R9 Weekly and R19 Monthly.
No pro-rata billing will apply.
The Service is available to Vodacom customers only on the Vodacom e-School platform.
The Service can be cancelled via the Vodacom e-school platform.
Vodacom may change the subjects and grades at its discretion.
You consent that any user that you create on the platform has your permission to purchase premium products on the platform which will be billed to your account or airtime.
In the event that Vodacom is unable to bill for the full subscription fee for this Service, Vodacom will implement micro-billing at Vodacom’s discretion. Micro billing occurs when a user that is subscribed or subscribing to the Service does not have sufficient funds in their account (airtime balance) to pay for the service. Micro-billing will allow for Vodacom to charge a discounted subscription in the event that the user’s airtime balance is less than the subscription fee until the full amount is collected. If we are successful in billing an amount, in part of the full amount for the end of the applicable period (day, week, or month, depending on the option chosen), that billing record will stand as completed billing for that particular period (day, week, or month, depending on the option chosen). Billing for the next period will revert back to attempting to bill the full stated price. Billing does not occur in arrears. In order to optimize micro-billing, Vodacom reserves the right to check if a customer has a sufficient funds in their account before attempting to micro bill.
In the event that you are a Vodacom prepaid or top-up subscriber, you acknowledge that you must have enough airtime available for payment of the subscription to keep it in an active state. You acknowledge that in the event we are unable to bill any valid value for your subscription, we will continue to attempt to bill and enable the subscription for a maximum period of 21 days after the last successful bill collected. Should we be unable to collect any funds for a period of 21 consecutive days, you will be automatically unsubscribed from the service.
Vodacom may at its sole discretion and from time to time issue you with a free voucher for you to access the Service at no charge to you (the “Voucher”). Each Voucher shall be subject to its own terms and conditions regarding its validity period, use and redemption (the “Voucher Terms”). You agree to be bound by the Voucher Terms when using the Voucher at any given time.
