Black Friday Discounted Recurring Bundle

Terms & conditions:

1.       Discounted recurring bundles (Voice & Data) must be available for all Postpaid and Hybrid price plans, including uChoose Flexi, Integrated and also Mobile Broadband price plans.

2.       The discounted recurring bundles (Voice & Data)  will be available through the following self-service channels;

a.        My Vodacom App

b.       Online

c.        USSD

3.       When opting in or activating a discounted recurring voice/data bundle, the bundle is added as part of the respective price plan and charged to bill.

4.       The discounted recurring voice/data bundle will become part of your price plan and could have a term of up to 24 months.

5.       If a customer migrate to a different price plan and they have an active discounted recurring bundle(s), the discounts will be forfeited.

6.       If a customer upgrades the discounted recurring bundle(s) will be automatically de-activated.

7.       If a customer activates a discounted recurring voice/data bundle in the middle of a calendar month, the voice/data allocation will be pro-rated for the remainder of that month; thereafter the full voice/data allocation of the discounted recurring bundle will be allocated on the 1st day of every subsequent calendar month.

8.       If a customer activates a discounted recurring voice/data bundle in the middle of a calendar month, and there is already a discounted recurring voice/data bundle active on the same line, the new discounted recurring voice/data bundle will only take effect on the 1st day of the next calendar month.

9.       A customer can have both a discounted recurring voice or data bundle active as well as a Once-Off Bonus bundle (1 Day, 7 Day and 30 Day bundle) active simultaneously.

10.   Discounted recurring data bundles will follow the First In First Out order of consumption. In the case of a discounted recurring data bundle being active on an integrated or Mobile Broadband price plan. Please note that in the instance that shorter validity bundles are bought after the discounted recurring data bundle, the bundle with the shortest validity will deplete first.

11.   Discounted recurring voice bundles will follow the Last in First Out order of consumption. In the case of a discounted recurring voice bundle being active on an integrated or Mobile Broadband price plan,

12.   A customer can only have one active discounted recurring data bundle at a time.

13.   A customer can only have one active discounted recurring voice bundle at a time.

14.   A customer can have both a discounted recurring Voice or Data bundle and a recurring open market voice or data bundle active simultaneously.

15.   Only one recurring instance of any of the discounted recurring bundle can be activated per line at any time i.e. a single discounted recurring voice and/or data bundles can be active on an account at a time.

16.   A Discounted recurring voice bundle will be valid for calls to any network anytime but do not apply to VoIP calls.

17.   Discounted recurring bundles will be allocated on the 1st of the month, and will be valid for up to 60 days and will be offered as recurring only.

18.   Discounted recurring data bundles does not include Night Owl data allocations.

19.   All discounted recurring bundles are for local use only and do not apply to roaming usage.

20.   The Back Friday Promotional deals will start on the 1st of November 2020 and end on the 30 November 2020.

21.   Black Friday offers are personalised and are subject to change without notice.
