Terms and Conditions

1. Spend R150 or more once-off within the VodaPay super application ("the App") and get R20 (twenty Rand) value "cash back" into your VodaPay wallet.
2. This is a one-time only offer and the campaign will run from 23 November 2021 to 31 January 2022.
3. The required spend in order to qualify for this promotion will be a minimum R150 purchase once-off and not an accumulation of money spent in different transactions.
4. The R20 cash reward will only be allocated for the following spend transactions only:
   1. Buying prepaid water and electricity through the VodaPay app
   2. Paying your Bills through the VodaPay app
   3. Buying from our partner brands through the VodaPay app
5. To see if you qualify for this reward go to the "Rewards" tab from the Home page and scroll down too see "Earn More Rewards".
6. Once you have qualified for the R20 cash back, you will receive an SMS confirmation on the allocation of the R20 reward. You will also be able to see the R20 value in your available wallet balance on the Vodapay App. This may take an hour to reflect.
7. The R20 value cash back can be used to purchase anything within the VodaPay App (including electricity, airtime, data, paying bills) as well as in respect of all VodaPay's partners found in the "Services" section of the App.
8. The R20 value cash back can also be transferred to a friend that has the App. Please note that cash transfer does require you to upgrade your wallet to the Lite, Essential or Pro wallet.
9. Vodacom Payment Services (Pty) Ltd (VPS) reserves the right to suspend this promotion in the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent usage, outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non-commercial use.
10. VPS reserves the right to limit this promotion in regions or areas where there is limited network capacity (high congestion) in order to maintain consistent quality of service. 
11. VPS reserves the right to alter or terminate this promotion in order to prevent a catastrophic impact on the network. 
12. While VPS will use its reasonable endeavors to provide this promotion, it does not commit to the uninterrupted supply of this promotion, due to potential capacity limitations on the network. 
13. VPS reserves the right to suspend, cancel or convert this promotion on reasonable notice. 
14. VPS reserves the right to change and/or expand on these terms and conditions and will provide reasonable notice of any material changes prior to such change as and when the circumstances permit.
