vivo V70 Series Gift Box Redemption

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the vivo V70 Series Gift Box Redemption (the "Promotion") initiated by vivo South Africa (the “Organiser”) with the distribution and allocation partner KNR Flatrock. By scanning the QR code and participating in the redemption process, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Eligibility
  • The Promotion is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
  • Employees of the organizer, vivo South Africa, and the distribution partner, KNR Flatrock, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • The redemption for the gift box only applies to sales/purchase of the vivo V70/V70 FE on or before 6 May 2026.
  • Redemption is limited to one (1) gift box set per person/unique IMEI number.
  1. Redemption Period
  • The redemption process opens on 1 April 2026 until 31 May 2026 or while stocks last.
  • QR codes scanned after stocks are depleted will be deemed invalid.
  1. How to Redeem
  2. Scan: Use a smartphone to scan the official QR code provided on promotional materials.
  3. Verify: Complete the online redemption form with accurate details, including name, contact number, delivery address, and [e.g., proof of purchase/IMEI Number].
  4. Confirmation: Upon successful submission, you will receive an automated confirmation via [Email/SMS].
  5. The Gift Box Set
  • The gift consists of one V70 series gift box set, which includes a pair of  RIRO C60 Earbuds, RIRO W2SE Watch, and V70 series Phone Cover.
  • The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • KNR Flatrock reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of similar value should the original item become unavailable.
  1. Delivery and Distribution
  • KNR Flatrock is responsible for the distribution of the gift box sets.
  • Once the redemption process is successfully verified, delivery will take approximately [5–14 business days].
  • vivo South Africa and KNR Flatrock is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.
  1. Data Privacy
  • By participating, you consent to vivo South Africa and KNR Flatrock collecting and processing your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling the redemption.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with the POPI Act and GDPR compliances.
  1. General Limitations
  • vivo South Africa and KNR Flatrock reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or tampering with the QR code system.
  • vivo South Africa and KNR Flatrock is not liable for any technical failures, including network outages or QR code malfunctions, that prevent a user from completing the redemption.
