How to claim and requirements:

• End consumers will need to email [email protected] the following:
  1. Email subject: FIFA 23 CODE
  2. Attach a clear dated copy of their proof of purchase / contract
  3. Serial number of the console
  4. Name and Surname
  5. Contact Number

Note:

• Codes are not included inside the box.
• An Internet connection and data is required for activation and usage of FIFA 23 and Game Pass via the Series S Console.
• The claim can only be done via email between the End Consumers and Prima Interactive.
• FIFA 23 cannot be swapped out for another game or rand value.
• The claim can take up to 72 hours and will receive their digital code via email upon verification – between Monday to Friday.
• Resubmitted documents and follow up emails will undergo verification again and this will cause delays.
