Once Off Voice Bundles

Terms and Conditions

Once-off data bundles (the "Bundles") are available to Prepaid, Hybrid and Postpaid
You may purchase Bundles at a Vodacom Store or through the following self-service channels:

The balance of your bundles will be depleted for the volume of sent and received, and not the time you spend connected.
The Bundles are valid for a period of up to 1, 7 or 30 calendar days, based on the denomination purchased and is applicable from the date of activation of the bundle (the "Validity Period").
You can extend the Validity Period of the Bundles you initially purchased (the "Initial Bundles") by purchasing additional Bundles of the same size and validity (the "Additional Bundles") before the Initial Bundle has expired. The purchase of the Additional Bundles will result in the Validity Period of the initial bundle being extended to the expiry date of the Additional Bundles.
If your Bundle is depleted and there is no other applicable voice bundle remaining, all voice usage will be stopped by default and you will only be able to use voice at out of bundle rates if you have opted in to current out-of-bundle data
The voice bundle is not restrictive (Vodacom to any Network) for Any Network bundles while the voice bundles is restrictive on On Network (Vodacom to Vodacom) bundles
If you have bought more than one Bundle, the Initial Bundle will be depleted
These Bundles do not apply to data
Vodacom will at all times allocate to you the Bundles that you have paid for and shall not pro-rate or make deductions on such

Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected abuse where non-compliant devices as specified by the regulating body ICASA are being used on the Vodacom
Vodacom may amend these Terms C Conditions by giving you reasonable notice of any such amendment.
