What is V-Up?

V-Up Summer is Vodacom’s exciting seasonal campaign designed to reward customers with exciting prizes and daily rewards. Throughout the campaign, Vodacom customers can unlock rewards by either performing a simple gesture or completing personalized behavioural goals. These rewards are accessed through three interactive boxes:

  • Daily V-Up:  You get free daily plays and  win instant rewards using the V-Up gesture.
  • V-Up Achiever : Earn rewards by completing personalized behavioural goals.
  • V-Up Exclusive – Earn exclusive rewards by completing behavioural goals available only to VodaPay users.
     
How do I participate in the V-Up Campaign?

To participate in V-Up Summer promotion you will need to opt-in to the Rewards Programme via one of the following channels:

  • USSD by dialling *133# or *135# or
  • Via the VodaPay App

Once opted-in, you are enrolled in the V-Up Rewards Programme and can participate in the V-Up summer campaign. 
 

How do I earn rewards

You will be presented with three themed V-Up reward boxes:

  • Box 1: Daily V-Up (Free daily rewards)
  • Box 2: V-Up Achiever (Earned through behavioural goals)
  • Box 3: V-Up Exclusive (Earned through VodaPay specific behavioural goals)
     
How do I earn VodaBucks in the V-Up summer promotion?

There are several ways to earn VodaBucks during the V-Up Summer campaign: you can earn them by playing your 3 free Daily V-Ups, by successfully completing your personalized behavioural goals, or by purchasing selected bundles that come with bonus VodaBucks. Additionally, if you're a contract customer, you can earn extra VodaBucks based on your postpaid loyalty tier level.
