What are Vodacom RED plans?
Vodacom RED plans are mobile contract options that combine connectivity, entertainment, lifestyle rewards and partner benefits. The range includes RED Flexi, RED Core Unlimited and RED VIP, allowing customers to choose the level of value and benefits that best suits their needs.
Which RED plan is right for me?
RED Flexi is best for customers who want affordable flexibility, essential value and Silver rewards. RED Core Unlimited is suited to customers who want more data, unlimited all-net minutes and richer Gold rewards. RED VIP is designed for customers who want premium allocations, priority-style benefits, and Diamond rewards.
What rewards are included with RED plans?
RED customers get access to rewards based on their plan tier. RED Flexi includes Silver rewards, RED Core Unlimited includes Gold rewards, and RED VIP includes Diamond rewards across categories such as travel, food and drink, fashion, wellness, lifestyle and services.
How do I redeem RED rewards?
Customers can manage their plan, check balances, view usage and redeem rewards through VodaPay, where available. Rewards and discounts may vary by plan type, partner and eligibility criteria.
Do RED plans include entertainment subscriptions?
Yes. Eligible RED plans include entertainment benefits such as Spotify Premium and Amazon Prime (including Prime Video) offers. The duration of the offer depends on the plan selected, and standard subscription charges may apply after the promotional period unless cancelled.
What are VodaBucks and how do they work on RED plans?
VodaBucks are rewards that customers can earn by settling their monthly Vodacom bill. VodaBucks can be used in the VodaBucks Store for selected deals, discounts and offers, with earning benefits varying by plan tier.
What does Unlimited Voice include on RED Core Unlimited and RED VIP?
Unlimited Voice includes 3,000 domestic Anytime Network Anytime minutes for qualifying calls on RED Core Unlimited and 15,000 domestic Anytime Network Anytime minutes for qualifying local calls on RED VIP. Usage is subject to the applicable plan terms and conditions.
Is theft cover included with RED plans?
Selected RED plans include device theft cover. RED Core Unlimited includes 2 months of theft cover, while RED VIP includes 4 months of theft cover. Theft cover applies to theft only and does not cover loss or damage unless specified in the relevant terms.
When can I upgrade my RED plan?
Customers on eligible Vodacom RED plans can upgrade or renew their contract up to 5 months before the contract end date. Contract availability, upgrade rules and early termination options are subject to Vodacom’s contract terms and conditions.
Where can I get help with my RED plan?
Customers can get help online through Vodacom support channels, use VodaPay to manage their plan, or contact Vodacom customer care for assistance with RED plan benefits, billing, upgrades and rewards.
