Yes, you’ll need a Vodacom prepaid SIM card. This is because your phone will be linked to your Vodacom prepaid number until it's paid off.

If you don't currently have a Vodacom prepaid SIM card but qualify for Easy2Own, we'll offer the option to easily get one and continue your application. 

No problem! Easy2Own works whether you're a Vodacom contract customer or have a number from another network.Here's what you'll need to do:

• If you’re a Vodacom contract customer, switching to Vodacom Prepaid with your existing number requires calling 082 1958 to transfer it. This can only happen if your current contract is settled.
• If you have a number from another network, our friendly staff at any Vodacom store can guide you through the transfer process and help you get started with Easy2Own.

Making payments on your Easy2Own phone is easy! Here's how it works:

1. Open the Easy2Own app: Locate and launch the Easy2Own app on your phone.
2. Tap "Buy Now": Look for a button labeled "Buy Now" and tap it to open the payment page.
3. Choose your Unlock Bundle: You'll see daily, weekly, and monthly bundle options. Pick the one that best fits your needs.
4. Confirm your purchase: Once you've chosen your bundle, double-check the details and tap "Confirm" on the pop-up window.
5. Enjoy continued use: If you have enough airtime balance, your purchase will be automatic, and you'll receive a confirmation SMS. Your phone will remain unlocked for the chosen period.

Tip: Remember to keep your airtime balance topped up to ensure uninterrupted access to your phone.

Easy2Own offers different Unlock Bundle options to fit your usage patterns. Here's a breakdown of what you get:

1. Daily Unlock Bundle: This bundle provides 100MB of data and 10 minutes of calls for 1 day.
2. Weekly Unlock Bundle: This bundle provides 100MB of data and 10 minutes of calls every day for 7 days.
3. Monthly Unlock Bundle: This bundle provides 100MB of data and 10 minutes of calls every day for 30 days.

Easy2Own offers flexible payment plans to fit your budget. The payment period ranges from 1 year (12 months) to a maximum of 2 years (24 months).

• The minimum payment period requires payments every month. This will take approximately 1 year to pay off your phone.
• The maximum payment period requires payments every 2 months. This will take approximately 2 years to pay off your phone.

If you don't purchase a new Unlock Bundle before your current one expires, your phone will be locked until you purchase a new bundle on the Easy2Own App.
