Vodacom Prepaid Fibre Free Voice Minutes Campaign

Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign Overview

Vodacom is offering 100 free Vodacom on-net voice minutes (valid for 30 days) to eligible customers who either renew their Prepaid Fibre Service or activate a new Prepaid Fibre Service during the Campaign Period.

  1. Promotion Offer
    • Customers will receive 100 free once off Vodacom voice on-net minutes.
    • “On net voice minutes” means minutes that can only be used for calls made to other customers on the Vodacom Network, i.e. Vodacom-to-Vodacom calls only.
    • The On- net minutes are valid for 30 days from the date of allocation.
    • This offer is free of charge to eligible customers as described below.
  2. Campaign Period

This Promotional Offer is valid from 10 November 2025 to 28 February 2026.

  1. Eligibility Criteria
    To qualify for the Promotional Offer, customers must meet the following conditions:
    • For existing inactive Vodacom Prepaid Customers
      • The customer must re-activate their Vodacom Prepaid Fibre Service; and
      • Be a Vodacom Prepaid mobile customer.
      • Campaign end date 28 February 2026
  • For new Vodacom Prepaid Customers
    • The Sales Field Agent will provide a Vodacom mobile sim card to the customer that they will use to RICA and thereafter qualify for the 100 free Vodacom on-net minutes.
    • The customer must activate a new Vodacom Prepaid Fibre Service.
    • The customer to follow the current prepaid mobile sim activation process whereby a minimum of R10 airtime purchase is required, thereafter, the 100 on net minutes will be allocated.
    • Campaign end date 30 November 2025
  1. Redemption Process
  • Eligible customers will automatically receive the 100 free Vodacom on-net minutes upon activation or reactivation of their Prepaid Fibre service within 24 – 48hrs of activation of the Prepaid Fibre Service.
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent from Vodacom confirming the activation and that the 100 free on-net minutes, valid for 30 days, have been allocated.
  1. Limitations & Conditions
  • Each customer is eligible for the Promotional Offer once only during the campaign period.
  • The Free Vodacom on-net minutes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
  • Vodacom reserves the right to verify the Eligibility Criteria and may decline the offer in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
  • The Promotional Offer is limited to the first 4000 customers for new activations and 8000 re-activations.
  1. General Terms
  • Vodacom reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotional Offer campaign at any time without prior notice, provided that any customer who has been allocated free Vodacom on-net minutes prior to the termination of the campaign shall be entitled to utilise such minutes as per theses terms and conditions .
  • By participating in this Promotional Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
