You must have a valid South African Identity Document.

You must be between 18 and 60 years of age to apply for cover.

How does a beneficiary claim?

When you pass away, your beneficiary will need to provide us with the relevant documentation so that we can settle the claim quickly and efficiently.

How to submit a claim

    Call us on 082 124 or send us an email to lifeclaims@vodacom.co.za

    Complete and submit your claim

    A claims consultant will guide you through the claims process with the required documentation.

    Receive your payout

    We'll finalize and pay out a valid claim after reviewing all the required documentation. There is an R50 000 immediate pay-out benefit on death to assist with funeral costs, planning and counseling.
