What you need to know...

When will my cover start?

You are covered immediately for accidental death, after we receive your first premium. Cover for death as result of natural causes, such as a heart attack, starts six months after policy commencement date.

How can I pay for my premium?

We offer two forms of payment - you can either choose to pay your premium via a debit order or, if you are a Vodacom contract customer, you can choose to add your premium to your Vodacom bill.

How do I make changes to my funeral cover?

You can make changes to your funeral cover by calling our servicing department on 082 178 00.

What happens if I miss a premium?

If your recurring debit order is unsuccessful, you have two options available to still make payment within the month:

  • You can call our servicing department on 082 178 00 to arrange a special debit.
  • You can use your EasyPay or Pay@ references to make payment at most major retailers.

If we still aren't able to collect a premium for the month, you will enter your 30-day grace period and we will attempt to double debit you in the next month. If this is still unsuccessful, your cover will lapse.
