Customers can request their transcripts by contacting Vodacom for a period of 180 days.

Where indicated and where customers have selected to do so, TOBi will provide personalised offers and solutions based on previous engagements.

Where applicable, the customer engagement and anonymised data might be shared with Vodafone Group in the UK for quality and audit purposes.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, while the information provided to you by TOBi at the time of your request has been verified to the best of our abilities, we cannot guarantee that there are no mistakes or errors.

Please note that TOBi is a robot and whilst we endeavor to ensure best possible service, Vodacom will not be held liable for any offense taken during these conversations.

We have specialised security teams who constantly review and improve our measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, accidental loss, disclosure or destruction.

Communications over the internet (such as emails) aren't secure unless they've been encrypted. Your communications may go through a number of countries before being delivered, as this is the nature of the internet.
