Authorise your DebiCheck Request

- You can electronically confirm the DebiCheck request via your banking app or online banking platform.
- Log on to your preferred platform and find the debit order section.
- Look for the pending Vodacom DebiCheck mandate.
- If everything is correct with the mandate details, click ‘Confirm’ (can also be ‘Authorise’ or ‘Accept’)
- Once confirmed, a valid DebiCheck mandate is established between you and Vodacom.
- Each month, your bank will verify against the confirmed DebiCheck mandate details before processing the Vodacom debit order.
If electronic confirmation isn't possible, visit your bank's branch or call their contact centre. However, be aware this may delay your delivery
