  1. Open the African Bank Banking App and log in
  2. Select the ‘Bank’ tab, and then click on the ‘Manage DebiCheck’
  3. A list of pending DebiCheck mandates will be displayed, look for the Vodacom debit order mandate and click on ‘Accept’
  4. Click on ‘Continue’
  5. A confirmation screen will be displayed
  6. You will also receive an SMS from African Bank stating you have accepted your Vodacom DebiCheck mandate

  4. View the details to confirm if they are correct
  5. Click on ‘Continue’ after reading the disclaimer
  6. A pop-up message will be displayed on your cellphone, requesting you to action the pending request
  7. Select option 1 to accept the debit order request
  8. Click on SEND to proceed
  9. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Click ‘Done’
  10. You will also receive an SMS from African Bank stating you have accepted your Vodacom DebiCheck mandate
