  1. Open the FNB Banking App
  2. Enter your online banking credentials and log in
  3. Pending notifications will appear upon login
  4. Review your notifications, and select “Yes, continue” to review and select ‘Debicheck Debit Order Requests’
  5. Select the Vodacom debit order mandate and click “Accept Debit Order Request”
  6. A confirmation screen will be displayed with the mandate reference number

  1. Log in to FNB’s online banking
  2. Select the “My Bank Accounts” tab and then select “My Debit Orders”
  3. All DebiCheck mandates will be displayed
  4. Select the Vodacom debit order mandate
  5. View the details to confirm if they are correct
  6. Click on Accept and you will be requested to open your banking app and follow the prompts
  7. A confirmation message stating that you have accepted the request will be displayed

  3. A confirmation message approving your PIN will be displayed
  4. Select option 0 to view DebiCheck mandates

  7. Select option 1 to accept the request
  8. A confirmation screen will be displayed
