- Open the Capitec mobile banking app and enter your PIN
- Go to Transact and scroll down to Debit Orders.
- Click on the “DebiCheck†tab at the top
- Select the Vodacom debit order request
- Accept the request
- A confirmation screen will be displayed
- Alternatively, a message might also appear once you’ve logged in, stating that you have pending DebiCheck requests to approve.

- Select option 1 to continue
- Select option 1 to approve the Vodacom debit order request
- Read the relevant disclaimer and select option 1 to continue
- Enter your mobile banking PIN to Approve the DebiCheck debit order
- A confirmation of your choice will be displayed
