  1. Log in to your Standard Bank mobile banking app.
  2. Click on Manage or go to Messages. (There will be a message advising you that you have a debit order awaiting your review and will take you directly to the Vodacom Debit order details)
  3. Click on the “Debit orders”
  4. Click on “DebiCheck”.
  5. Click on “View pending mandates”.
  6. View the Vodacom debit order request details and make sure all information is correct
  7. Accept the request

  2. Select option 1
  3. Enter your CSP (Customer-Selected PIN) when prompted
  4. Select option 5 (DebiCheck)
  5. Select the Vodacom debit order mandate
  6. The debit order details will be displayed
  7. Select “Accept”
  8. A reference number will be generated
