3. eSIM to plastic SIM swap

Swap your eSIM to a plastic SIM card on the My Vodacom App or the VodaPay App. When swapping to a plastic SIM card your eSIM will stop temporarily working.

Before you start, make sure:

  • You have a plastic SIM card at hand
  • Your plastic SIM card is the correct size for your tray in your device
