- Our RAM agents will request to see your ID book, Smart ID card or valid passport before they hand over your parcel
- Your device will be delivered on a weekday between 8AM and 5PM, depending on your location
- All fulfilment of orders are stock dependant at the time of application approval. If one or two items in your order are temporarily out of stock the order will be placed on a back order until the stock arrives. On limited or discontinued items products will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
