The online process can take between 8 - 15 minutes, depending on your connectivity and the speed of your fingers.

You won’t need to submit any documents during  the online application process. But, depending on the result of the credit check, we may ask you to email us a few documents while we process your application.

Because we need to perform various checks using your ID/passport number, you can only apply for a contract for yourself. You may choose to apply for the contract in your name and let a loved one make use of it.

The main account holder is the person responsible for paying the account, and their associated number is typically their very first Vodacom contract number
