Q: Why is the Mall Closed?
A: When Vodacom World opened its doors in1998, it was then the first of its kind. Twenty years later, the time has come for the centre to reinvent itself and become a destination of choice again. In line with Vodacom’s vision we would like to disrupt the market through technology while still delivering world-class digital services.

Q: How long will the renovation take?
A: Construction is underway and the renovation will be completed by late 2018.

Q: Where can I go to do my upgrade (Store Location) (Upgrade on Line)
A: You can either upgrade online or find your nearest store here

Q: Where can I go for my billing queries?
A: You can get up-to-date billing information on the My Vodacom App or dial 137 from your Vodacom number.

Q: Where can I collect my device that was left for repairs at Vodacom World? 
A: There will be a pop-up Vodacom Shop and Tech Care on the Vodacom campus where you can collect your device left for repairs.

Q: How can I find out more about what’s happening at Vodacom World?
A: We will provide updates in local newspapers, community newsletters, online on our website, www.vodacom.co.za and social media channels, Vodacom’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
