Vodacom Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. By taking up the Vodacom Ticket bundle offer, you agree to the terms and conditions; This bundle provides customers                with  data to stream or to sync and/or to access services listed in clause 7 of these terms and conditions subject to the                bundle allocation as stipulated in clause 12 of these terms and conditions.

2. Vodacom Ticket is exclusive to all selected Vodacom customers, available through the Just4U platform. Through this
        platform customers will be exposed to offers specifically tailored to their usage behaviour.

3. Vodacom Ticket will be available as a subscription service valid for 1 hour, 1 day or 7 days. 

4. The service can be purchased via Just4U by dialing *123#.

5. Vodacom reserves the right to terminate or extend the promotion period at any time and for whatsoever reason.

6. The bundle is available for use in all compatible smartphone devices, laptops and tablets.

7. During the subscription period customers will be able to stream or get access (subject to clause 12) to the following

        services:

Deezer

VuCLip games

Facebook (excluding Messenger)

DStv

Apple Music

VliveGames

Instagram

Netflix

Note: activities on these Apps exclude video or voice calling, e.g. voice calling on WhatsApp and Facebook or any other with

similar functionality. 

8. Vodacom reserves the right to add and remove any of the services listed in clause 7 at its sole discretion and at any time.

9. This bundle offering is for personal use. The bundle cannot be used for commercial purposes nor may it be used to set up

        as a personal hotspot. Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service should a customer misuse or abuse the

        service. 

10. The bundle offering will be available to all new and existing Prepaid and Hybrid (Top-up) customers.

11. Purchasing these bundle categories provides a customer with full access to all the services listed in clause 7 above.

12. Once the bundle is depleted and the customer wishes to continue with the session, then the service will deplete from the
  
        anytime data bundles that the customer may have in their data balance. In that case the customer will be charged at the

customer’s existing data tariff plan.

13. Customers will not be able to buy a bundle whilst they have an existing one (the same one) still running. However, once

        the bundle is depleted the customers will be able to purchase a new one even if they have not yet reached the end of the

        duration.

14. Customers can check their bundle balances by dialing *135#, then choosing option 1 – balances.

15. The terms and conditions plus the subscription process required by each service provider whose service is part of the

        offering will still apply for a customer to be able to utilize the service in clause 7.

17. Once the customer has purchased the bundle, their existing in-bundle usage and any of the loaded data will not be billed

        to access the service in clause 7 until the customer uses up all available allocations in clause 12.

18. Any usage not in this domain of the standard app will be charged as standard traffic.

19. If you follow a link outside the Vodacom Ticket Service, normal data rates will apply as per your existing tariff plan.

20. The bundle shall support a single session and tethering shall not be allowed.

21. The services in clause 7 cannot be used as part of the bundle when a customer is roaming. Whilst roaming the services

         will be charged at the customer’s existing tariff plan.

22. Customers can view activated bundle via USSD and by calling the contact center.

23. Existing customers, who do a price plan migration to any price plan, shall carry over the bundle if it is eligible.

24. Existing customers, who do a price plan upgrade to any price plan, can add the bundle to their price plan where it is

        eligible.

25. The 1 hour bundle is valid for 60 minutes from confirmation of purchase. The 1 day bundle is valid from the time of

        confirmation of purchase until midnight of the same day. 

26. The bundle cannot be deactivated before the subscription expires.
