Terms And Conditions

1. This offer is available for selected Vodacom customers’ who are on Prepaid, Top-Up and Contract plans, using Android and iOS devices that have not downloaded and used the My Vodacom App previously. 

2. To qualify for the free 10GB allocation, you must download the latest version of the My Vodacom App for Android and iOS devices, you need to use the downloaded My Vodacom App, and you must be a first time user of the My Vodacom App. 

3. The Free 10GB of data is valid for 7 Days including the day of allocation, up to 23:59 on day 7.

4. The 10GB Free data allocation can take up to 24hrs after you have used the downloaded My Vodacom App for the first time.

5. To qualify for the offer you must have a valid Vodacom SIM card.

6. The free data offer will be allocated in full with no pro-ration.

7. The Free 10GB offer will only be allocated once.

8. There is no carry-over of unused bundles after expiry.

9. This is a consumer data product and may only be used by an end-user that is a natural person. 

10. Vodacom reserves the right to vary offers as deemed necessary.

11. Vodacom reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.

12. Free data cannot be transferred.

13. Free data offer cannot be use for data roaming.

14. Once the free data has been depleted or expired the applicable out of bundle rates apply (subject to your tariff plan).

15. To check your balance dial, login to the My Vodacom app, go to www.vodacom.co.za or dial *111*# and select Balances.

16. Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected abuse where non-compliant devices as specified by the regulating body ICASA are being used on the Vodacom network.

17. Vodacom may amend these Terms & Conditions by giving you reasonable notice of any such amendment.
