Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available from the 15th of March 2017  until the 31st of March 2017. Vodacom reserves the right to alter or terminate this promotion at any time in order to prevent catastrophic impact on the Network.

Eligibility 

2. This promotion is available to all new and existing Prepaid, Hybrid and Contract subscribers

3. This promotion is only available to Android and iOS smartphone customers who haven’t used the My Vodacom App in the last 2 months

1GB Data Bundle Reward

4. The 1GB data bundle reward is only available to Android and iOS smartphone customers who haven’t used the My Vodacom App in the last 2 months

5. Once  you have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the My Vodacom App for the first time, you will be able to redeem a 1GB data bundle reward on the app

6. The 1GB data bundle reward will be valid for 7 days and will expire at 23:59, 7 days from and including the day of allocation

7. Only one 1GB reward bundle per subscriber will be allowed. After you have been allocated the 1GB reward bundle, you will not be able to receive the bundle again using your cell number or smartphone. 

8. There will be no carry-over of unused data on the 1GB data bundle reward after expiry

9. The 1GB data bundle reward cannot be used while roaming

10. The 1GB data bundle reward cannot be transferred

11. The 1GB data bundle reward will have no associated out-of-bundle rate

12. The 1GB data bundle reward doesn’t have an associated out-of-bundle rate, the out-of-bundle rate of your respective tariff plan will apply

14. Normal order of consumption rules will apply and the promotional bundle (with the 7 day validity) will be depleted from first
