Terms and conditions

General

1. The Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundle terms and conditions as detailed herein are subject to change from time to time.

2. Any change to the Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundle terms and conditions will be communicated to the customer upon 30 days written notice or such other reasonable notice period as the circumstances require.

3. The Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundle terms and conditions are available at www.vodacom.co.za/fibre.

4. The detailed Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundle offering is available at www.vodacom.co.za/fibre.

5. Where there is any conflict between any other terms and conditions mentioned and the Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundle specific terms and conditions, the last mentioned shall prevail.


Provisioning of Bundles

6. Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice price plan customers will be able to purchase Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top-up bundles at any time.

7. Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundles are available via Customer Care 082 1904.

8. Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundles are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

9. Customers can purchase multiple once off Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top-up bundles.

10. There is no limit on the number of Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundles that a customer can purchase at the same time.


Customer Usage

11. Once a customer has depleted the allocated Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice price plan allocation and any Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundles, the out of bundle voice rates will apply:

12. The Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice order of consumption is based on expiry date of the bundle. The data bundles that’s expires first, is consumed first. 

13. Vodacom Fibre Fixed Voice Top Up bundles are not transferable.
