URL Bundles Terms and Conditions

1. The Vodacom Showmax Once-Off Data bundles will be available to customers on Contract, uChoose and Prepaid price plans

2. Customers can purchase an unlimited number of Showmax Once-Off Data bundles

3. The following Showmax Once-Off Vodacom bundles will be available for purchase:

4. All the prices of the Showmax Once-Off Data bundles include VAT

5. No pro-ration is applied, the full data allocation is  applied and the full charge is always billed upon the purchase of a Showmax Once-Off Data bundle

6. The purchase of the Showmax Once-Off Data bundles will be applicable on the following channels:

USSD (*111# and *123#)

Vodacom Online(Vodacom Portal, Mobisite and App)

Customer Care (082 111)

7. The purchase of all Showmax Once-Off Data Bundles will be deducted from the subscribers rechargeable airtime for Prepaid and uChoose subscribers

8. The purchase of all Showmax Once-Off Data Bundles will be added onto the subscriber's monthly bill for post-paid subscribers

9. The 3GB and 5GB Showmax Data bundles are valid until 23:59 on the 30th day from and including the day of purchase

10. The 10GB and 20GB Showmax Data bundles are valid until 23:59 on the 90th day from and including the day of purchase

11. The 50GB and 100GB Showmax Data bundles are valid until 23:59 on the 365th day from and including the day of purchase

12. Any unused Showmax Data bundles that expire at the end of the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be claimed back by the subscriber.

13. The Showmax Data bundles will deplete on data usage specifically on  Showmax websites or App's

14. While using their Showmax Data bundle, if a subscriber selects/clicks on a link that directs them away from the specific Showmax website/URL /App, the usage outside the  Showmax website/URL /App will billed in accordance to the subscriber’s tariff or depleted from any other valid/available data bundle.

15. In the Prepaid Order of consumption environment the Showmax Once-Off Data bundles will be the first non-free bundles to be depleted in ascending validity order. In the Once-Off Vodacom Video Data bundles category the Showmax Data bundles will follow the Last In First Out order of consumption, the last bundle to be purchased and/or activated will be the first to be consumed, followed by any other active bundle/s in chronological order.

16. In the Postpaid Order of consumption environment the Once-Off Showmax Data bundles will be the first non-free bundles to be depleted in ascending validity order. In the Vodacom Video Data bundles category the Showmax Data bundles will follow the Last In First Out order of consumption, the last bundle to be purchased and/or activated will be the first to be consumed, followed by any other active bundle/s in chronological order.

17. All Vodacom customers who purchase a Once-Off Showmax Data bundles will receive data usage notifications pertaining to the bundle

18. Customers that have an active Showmax Data bundle in their account can view their bundle balances on the following channels:

USSD (*111#)

Vodacom Online(Vodacom Portal, Mobisite and App)

Customer Care (082 111)

19. A subscriber that depleted their Showmax Data bundles before the expiry period will be required to stop and restart all active data sessions to avoid data balance integrity issues 

20. When a Postpaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to a Prepaid plan, the Showmax Data bundle will be forfeited

21. When a Postpaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to a Top Up/uChoose plan, the Showmax Data Bundle will be forfeited

22. When a Postpaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to another Postpaid plan, they will retain their Showmax Data bundle

23. When a uChoose/Top Up subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates Prepaid plan, they will retain their Showmax Data bundle

24. When a uChoose/Top Up subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to another uChoose/Top Up plan, they will retain their Showmax Data bundle

25. When a uChoose/Top Up subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to a Postpaid plan, the Showmax Data bundle will be forfeited

26. When a Prepaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to another Prepaid plan, they will retain their Showmax Data bundle

27. When a Prepaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates uChoose/Top Up plan, they will retain their Showmax Data bundle

28. When a Prepaid subscriber that has a Showmax Data bundle migrates to a Postpaid plan, the Showmax Data bundle will be forfeited

29. The Showmax Data bundles do not apply to data roaming

30. Customers will be charged for the volume of data sent and received, and not the time you spend connected.

31. Data transfer rates are not guaranteed and are dependent on network availability

32. Night Owl Data does not get allocated to Once-Off Showmax Data bundles.
