Since 2004, when we launched our Specific Needs initiative; which aims to make cellular communication accessible to all, including customers with disabilities, we've created a dedicated team who's only focus is your needs.

We work in collaboration with various disability organizations and individuals to better understand the cellular communication needs of:

• Customer who are visually impaired
• Customers who are hearing impaired and
• Older persons
