Faulty decoders – Should your decoder be faulty within 60 days of purchase, you can return it to the store where you purchased the decoder and it will be exchanged for a replacement decoder. Should a fault be detected on your decoder more than 60 days after purchase, you must contact MultiChoice directly, in which case relevant warranties and charges may apply.
