Vodacom Lesotho
While travelling internationally, you can stay in touch using Vodacom's International Roaming Service...
In order to set up the roaming service all you need to do is the following:
Contact Customer Care on 114 free from a Vodacom cellphone at least seven days before you intend to leave.
Confirm that Vodacom Lesotho has an International Roaming Agreement in the country you are visiting.
Confirm that your cellphone is set up accordingly and that your cellphone will work in the country that you are visiting (tri-band or dual band)
Request the international roaming service to be activated on your phone. Be aware that a roaming deposit may be required.
Complete and return the acceptance form and you will receive a call to inform you that your roaming has been activated.
Prior to leaving, confirm that your international roaming service has been activated.
Switch your cellphone on when you reach your destination and you should be automatically logged onto the network with the strongest signal.
This is a list of the countries that currently have roaming agreements with Vodacom Lesotho. Please note that this list is changing constantly and new countries and networks are being added all the time.
If a country you want to travel with is not on the list, phone our Vodacom Customer Care to establish whether this country has been recently added. Alternatively, please e-mail us at customercare@Vodacom.co.ls and we will endeavour to establish a roaming agreement with that country as soon as possible.
