How to upgrade

Simply register or log in to My Vodacom to check your next upgrade date. Upgrade online now for FREE and you won’t have to pay the R150 administration fee plus you get FREE next-day delivery!
 
As a member of the Vodacom family the duration of your contract is 24 months. From month 22 your contract is due for renewal, allowing you to upgrade your cellphone to a brand new make and model while extending your contract for another 24 months. There are a range of cellphones available for FREE on every price plan. In the event you select a cellphone which is not covered by your price plan, you will be required to pay in.

How much does it cost to upgrade?

There are a range of cellphones available for FREE on every price plan.

 

A R150 upgrade administration fee is applicable when you upgrade in-store or via the call centre, and will be charged to your Vodacom account. If you upgrade online, you save R150!

 

Once I have upgraded, when will I receive my new cellphone?

When upgrading at a Vodacom approved outlet, you will receive your new cellphone immediately, subject to stock availability.

When upgrading online or via the Upgrade Call Centre, your new cellphone will be delivered to your door for FREE the next day, dependent on stock availability.
