1. Vodacom Color is available to Top Up and Prepaid customers aged under 25 years. Should you be 25 or older or try register with an invalid ID number, you will not qualify for Vodacom Color services
2. Registration is compulsory for receiving the Vodacom Color offering
3. You can do one of the following to register:
a. By sending the word Color to a short code 31116 you will be sent an SMS containing the link and can click on this on your phone to register
b. Registration can also be done from your cell phone http://m.vodacom.co.za/color
4. Vodacom Color gives you 15 Voice Notes, 15 MMS and 3MB of data free for 30 days if you have registered and met the minimum requirement
5. As a Top Up customer you will automatically receive the Vodacom Color benefits every month after you have successfully registered until such time as you move onto a or Contract/ Talk package, change your number or de-register from Vodacom Color
6. If you are a prepaid customer you will need to recharge with a minimum recharge of R29 every 30 days to keep receiving the Vodacom Color benefits
7. You will be notified seven days before expiry via SMS that your Vodacom Color offering will expire and how much you still need to recharge with to renew your service for another 30 days
8. If you, as a prepaid customer, have recharged with the required R29 for the next 30 days you will receive an SMS notifying you of the date you will receive your 15 Voice Notes, 15 MMS and 3 MB of data
9. Should you not have recharged with the minimum recharge requirement within the 30 days of your Vodacom Color service, you will need to accumulate recharges from zero upon the expiry of your current service
10. Talking points will still be allocated to relevant recharge amounts as per the current business rules
11. Balances of MMS, SVS and data can be checked via *111*color# and select “balances”
12. Successful registration will trigger mandatory provisioning of Adme
13. No under 16’s will be advertised to via ADME and will also therefore not be entered into the subsequent promotions and competitions
14. Free Vodamail and Color ur world (free daily news), will also be triggered upon registration
15. Adme is compulsory while on Vodacom Color. This means you may receive 1 SMS or MMS advert daily between 8am and 5pm specific to your age
16. Adme ensures your automatic entry into competitions and give-aways
17. You will need to de-register from Vodacom Color first before you are able to opt-out of Adme
18. You will receive Color ur world (free daily news), upon registration. You can opt-out via the short code on the Color ur world displayed via MMS on the last page at any time
19. If previously subscribed to Vodacom’s News 4 U, you will retain your personalisation and will continue receiving your previous News 4 U MMSs
20. Once successfully registered you will receive an SMS with your free Vodamail address as well as a password
21. The Color up bundles are valid for 30 days and can be bought once every 30 days
22. Handset compatibility for games and music will follow the Vodafone Live Terms and Conditions
Color up undles
1. The Color up bundles can be bought at any time within the 30 days of the Vodacom Color benefits and will run for the full 30 days from time of purchase
2. Two of the same Color up Bundles cannot be purchased within their 30 day period
3. All Color up bundles can be bought from the Color Mobisite at http://m.vodacom.co.za/Color
Color ur tunes (Music Unlimited Full Tracks)
1. The Color ur tunes bundle costs R29 and gives you access to unlimited Fulltrack music downloads from Vodacom’s catalogue of content over 30 days. T&Cs and Data charges apply.
2. Vodacom customers that do not qualify for the Color Unlimited Music offering of R29 can SMS “music” to 31116 to purchase the R39 offering. T&C’s apply.
3. Music downloads are limited to Fulltracks only
4. Vodacom’s catalogue of Fulltrack music is subject to change from time to time.
5. Color ur tunes can be purchased every 30 days
6. Fulltracks and Realtones can be individually purchased at an introductory price of R 7.50 each
7. Customers are always advised of the fee payable for content and as such must first accept the cost prior to downloading content
8. Standard data download charges will apply for the download of music content.
9. Failed downloads can be retrieved from the My Downloads history section on Vodafone live!
10. Standard data download charges will apply for each download attempt. In the event of a failed download standard data charges will be incurred
11. In the event of a failed download, customers can attempt to download a track 100 times within 28 days from the 1st attempt
12. All music content is handset specific. Music content can be downloaded to any Vodacom approved music compatible cellphone
13. All music content is DRM (digital rights management) regulated and as such cannot be transferred between cellphones or shared

Color ur Friends
1. Color ur friends costs R29 and gives you 100 MB of data to be used on specified social networking sites as well as 100 SMSs. The social networking Mobi sites that will be free are The Grid, MXit, Twitter and Facebook Mobile when accessed from your mobile device
2. If a Data bundle is bought while you are actively using Color ur friends the specified social networking will no longer be free and data will be used from the purchased data bundle
3. Color ur friends bundle will not zero rate the specified social networking sites when accessing from the Opera Mini Browser. Opera Mini will need to be uninstalled before the Vodafone version of Opera Mini can be installed
4. Vodafone Opera Mini will zero rate specified social sites with the Color ur friends bundle
5. To download this send “opera” to 31116 free and follow the instructions
Color ur play
1. Color ur play costs R29 for 2 Premium Games should you try and purchase more games and music than the bundle allows, your purchases will be at the standard Vlive prices
2. You have 30 days to download music and games and these will not be lost from your cellphone once downloaded
Color Loyalty
1. Only Vodacom Prepaid and Prepaid and Top Up customers who are registered for Color qualify to earn and redeem Talking Points.
2. Top Up Color customers will earn points only on successful recharges performed over and above their monthly subscription value.
3. Customers who change from one Vodacom Prepaid price plan to another Vodacom Prepaid price plan will retain their Talking Points, irrespective if they are registered for Color or not.
4. Customers who change from a Vodacom Prepaid price plan to a Vodacom Top Up price plan and are registered for Color will retain their Talking Points.
5. Customers who change from a Vodacom Prepaid price plan to a Vodacom Top Up price plan and are not registered for Color will forfeit their Talking Points.
6. Points can be redeemed when the Vodacom Color customer's Talking Points balance reaches 50 points.
7. The 50 point band and associated benefits are available to Vodacom Color registered customers only.
8. The Top 3 friends benefit is available to Vodacom Color registered customers for a promotional period only.
a. A Vodacom Color member can invite another Vodacom Color member, only if the sum of his or her pending invites and linked friends is less than 3 (THREE).
b. Only Vodacom Color members can accept a friend invitation.
c. The Vodacom Color member has 3 days to respond to a friend invite. If the Vodacom Color member does not “Decline” or “Accept” the friend request, it will be automatically declined 3 days after receiving the invite.
d. Whenever the Vodacom Color customer recharges with R29 or more any of his or her linked friends will be allocated with Vodacom Talking Points. The friends will receive Vodacom loyalty points calculated based on the following formula:
i. If Recharge Value >= R29 then Linked Friends Receive (Recharge Value / 10 / 3) = 1 point each
e. A Vodacom Color member cannot remove a friend within the first 30 days of the successful link of a friend but only on the 31st day of the next calendar month.
9. The birthday SMS benefit is available to Vodacom Color registered customers for a promotional period only.
a. Vodacom Color registered customers will qualify to receive birthday SMS’s when they have a minimum of 1 friend to a maximum of 3 friends linked to them.
b. The birthday SMS’s will be limited to 5 per linked friend.
c. Birthday SMS’s expire after 90 days.
d. Birthday SMS’s will be allocated to the registered Color customer only on his or her birthday as per the identity number used in the registration of that particular Color customer.

Deregistering
1. You can de-register for Vodacom Color via the same channels as registration:
2. De-registration from Vodacom Color will result in you losing all your benefits, unused services and accumulated recharges towards your renewed Vodacom Color service.
3. Games and music that have not been downloaded will be lost.
4. Color ur Friends and Color ur Talk will run until expiry despite de-registration.
5. 15 voice notes, 15 MMSs, 3MB of data, Adme and Color ur World will run until expiry.

Adme Terms & Conditions
1. By subscribing to the free of charge AdMe service ("Service") the customer ("you") confirm that you are over the age of 16 and consent to receiving advertising messages via MMS and/or such other bearer as determined by Vodacom (Pty) Ltd.
2. You consent to Vodacom (Pty) Ltd using your personal data or profile for the purposes of providing this AdMe Service. This data includes; ID number, Cell number, Name, Surname, Language and Date of Birth. Vodacom will take all measures, within reason, to ensure that the information collected and stored for the service is protected from unauthorized access and that the information provide by and collected from you is not revealed to unauthorized recipients.
3. This service is network agnostic and will be made available to all mobile network customers over the age of 16.
4. Subscription to this service entitles you to receive special promotional discounts and free offerings from the associated brand partners on sign up to the service. Each brand partner offer can only be redeemed once against each AdMe membership. A valid identity document will be required in order to collect and redeem partner benefits, and to confirm the identity of the AdMe member.
5. This Service may only be used for private non-commercial use and is not for resale.
6. You must have a MMS-capable handset to subscribe to this service. Customers who do not have MMS-capable handsets may be delivered SMS format advertising.
7. To opt in to the service log on via WAP to www.myadme.mobi (data charges will apply when using the WAP Link).
8. You will receive a maximum of 5 (five) advertising messages per week and no more than 1 (one) a day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.
9. You will receive advertising messages for the duration of your opt in subscription until and unless you unsubscribe.
10. If you no longer wish to receive advertising messages, you will need to opt out on www.myadme.mobi. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm you have been unsubscribed from the service.
11. Unless otherwise stated, your personal data will not be released to third parties.
General
1. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd will use all reasonable endeavors to secure the uninterrupted supply of the Service, and we will take all reasonable steps at our expense to correct any error, omission or mistake, but will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, interception, failure or non-availability of the Service, and you indemnify us against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of the aforesaid.
2. You further agree to indemnify Vodacom (Pty) Ltd and to hold us harmless from any loss or damage we may incur by any reason of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
3. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. You agree that Vodacom (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
4. Vodacom (Pty) Ltd has the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with the method of notice determined by AdMe from time to time.
