The following Terms and Conditions relate to Vodacom's prepaid BlackBerry Internet Service and do not replace any other Terms and Conditions, agreements or contracts which exist between Vodacom Prepaid customers and their Service Providers. Your subscription to the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
How the service works
The prepaid BlackBerry Internet Service ("the Service') is a Value Added Service available to new and existing Vodacom Prepaid customers as an electronic recharge. The Service is not available to Top Up and Contract customers.
The Service will cost R59.00 (incl. VAT) for a 30 day subscription. This is an upfront purchase.
The Service will enable the subscriber to send and receive unlimited emails for 30 days without incurring any data charges.
The mailbox size is unlimited, but mail will be auto-aged (i.e deleted) after 30 days.
Data usage for Internet browsing using the BlackBerry Internet browser is unlimited when using browsing on-device and is included in the monthly BlackBerry subscription. When using BlackBerry device as a tethered modem, you will have to use the Internet APN (Access Point Name) and you will be billed in accordance with the prevailing tariff plan.

All information relating to the Service and published on any promotional material will form part of these Terms and Conditions. The Service is also subject to Vodacom's Prepaid cellular communication standard Terms and Conditions which are available at www.vodacom.co.za or by calling Customer Care on 111 free from a Vodacom cellphone or 082 111 from any other phone.
You must be a new or existing Vodacom Prepaid customer with a cellphone or smartphone that supports BlackBerry.
To activate the Service customers must recharge with a Prepaid Blackberry Month-to-month voucher.
Recharging with a Prepaid BlackBerry Month-to-month voucher will provide 30 days' service credit.
A recharge with a second Prepaid BlackBerry Month-to-month voucher will take effect only once the first Prepaid BlackBerry Month-to-month voucher has expired.
The recharge will be credited as service access and not airtime value into the customer's existing Prepaid airtime wallet.
No reversals will be allowed,
If a customer does not recharge before the expiry date of the voucher he/she will lose the mailbox and email addresses.
All unused service credit will not be carried over should you migrate between different Prepaid tariff plans.
You may still recharge your airtime credit with any other prepaid voucher but will not be able to transfer any part of your service credit or value using airtime transfer.
Twincall is not allowed with BlackBerry.
Vodacom will use its best efforts to secure the uninterrupted supply of the Service, and will take all reasonable steps at its expense to correct any error, omission or mistake in the Service, but will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, failure or non-availability of the Service, and you indemnify Vodacom against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of the aforesaid.
Vodacom reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. You agree that Vodacom shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service
Vodacom has the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The obligation therefore is on you to review these Terms and Conditions at regular intervals.
Any queries with regard to the Service can be raised with your Service Provider.
