Register as a Specific Needs Customer

If you are a Specific Needs Customer who is blind, partially sighted, deaf, hard of hearing or physically disabled, we encourage you to register as a Specific Needs customer with our Specific Needs Contact Centre in one of the following ways:

  • Call 12580, free from your Vodacom cellphone;
  • Call 082 12580 from any other phone (standard rates apply);

  • Send an SMS to 12580 free from your Vodacom cellphone; or
  • Send an email to 12580@vodacom.co.za

 

Vodacom Online Call Centre

For a new Contract or special deals contact the Vodacom online call centre on 082 178 44 (standard call rates apply). Vodacom online call centre will process your request without the need for you to visit a Vodacom dealer and will deliver your new Contract and cellphone to your door for FREE.
