a) The Promotional Offer includes free data traffic for the BBM instant text messaging and BBM file sharing services only.

b) The Promotional Offer is limited to the services and data traffic of BBM instant text messaging and BBM file sharing services only.

c) File sharing comprises of the following: Pictures, videos, music, zipped files, vcards (contact card), voice notes or calendar appointments.

d) The file sharing/transfer size is restricted to a maximum of 6MB at a time.

e) This Promotional Offer is available from the 20th of February 2013 until the 31st May 2013.

f) This Promotional Offer is available to all Prepaid, Top Up & Contract customers that purchase a BlackBerry 10 device.

g) The Promotional Offer is designed exclusively for customers that use/purchase a Blackberry 10 device – no other handsets are supported by the Promotional Offer including Blackberry handsets that do not support the Blackberry 10 operating system.

h) All other BBM services including but not limited to BBM Voice (VoIP), BBM Video, and Screen Sharing are not included in the Promotional Offer. All BBM data traffic that is not BBM text messaging or BBM file sharing will be charged at the customers’ prevailing data rate or deplete any existing data bundle.

i) The Promotional Offer does not include any non-BBM services such as browsing, media streaming and application data traffic. All data traffic that is not for the BBM text messaging service or the BBM file transfer service will be charged at the customers’ prevailing data rate or deplete any existing data bundle.

j) The Promotional Offer is free of charge until the 31st May 2013.

k) Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the promotional offer/service in the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent usage, outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non-commercial use and in instances where non-compliant devices are being used on the Vodacom network as specified by the regulating body ICASA.

l) After the promotional period customers will have the choice of purchasing a product that will include a bundle of data that can be used exclusively for the BBM text messaging and/or the file transfer service. Customers that do not purchase the aforementioned bundle can choose pay for all data traffic, including BBM data traffic, at their prevailing data rate or deplete any existing data bundle.
